A message from our founder

I’m Scott Johnson and I’d like to welcome you to Stillpoint Yoga.
Since 2009 we've helped thousands of people begin the day developing their own inspiring and mindful Ashtanga yoga practice.
Through our London Bridge in-person classes, Stillpoint online platform, workshops and retreats we empower you to discover how the practice of yoga can enrich and change your life.
We encourage mindful approaches in all areas of practice and study, which helps to slowly uncover new ways of seeing the world.
My hope is that while here you’ll find inspiration and guidance that can help you begin to feel more present and connected in your life.

Stillpoint Yoga tops and tails our days. We start our day with chanting, practice, a poem and a community discussion around an archetype card.
