In addition to this Scott has created a programme where he shares his knowledge and experience allowing his students to then discuss their own thoughts on philosophy and asana. His team of teachers lead classes and provide guidance with the same compassion he shows. For those of us that live a significant distance from a yoga studio the opportunity to be supported on Zoom and to be part of a such a special community is a real privilege.

You just need a yoga mat, some props and comfortable clothes for the yoga/technique classes and a comfortable/quiet place to sit for the mindfulness, philosophy and yoga nidra sessions.
No preparation is needed. Simply come with an open mind and a readiness to explore our online yoga community.
