By the end of this course youโ€™ll have your own simple yoga and meditation practice and the opportunity to practise with us online.

This course consists of 5 lessons and youโ€™ll get an email each day to help keep you moving forward, but you can also complete all the lessons right now if you have the time.

Youโ€™ll just need some comfortable clothing, a yoga mat and a cushion to sit on.
